When will I receive my order?

It depends on the shipping company selected and the delivery agent. We provide a group of shipping representatives in several major cities. Usually, it takes between 1 to 3 days from the time the order is placed and confirmed.

Is there delivery outside the country?

Currently, the contracted shipping companies deliver within the country and to a specific group of cities listed on the delivery page, where all cities covered by the shipping agent are displayed. You can request international delivery by contacting the store team via WhatsApp to obtain information regarding product weight and pricing for international shipping agents who are not currently registered in the store.

What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?

You must refer to and read the Return Policy to understand the terms for returns and exchanges. In the event of a manufacturing defect where a return is agreed upon, the shipping cost to the company as well as the return shipping cost are charged to the customer. However, the value of the product is not charged to the customer, according to the return policy.

I want to order large quantities, is there a discount?

The store provides a delivery service for large quantities upon request. There is a discount ranging from 10% to 20% (10%-20%) on certain products. You can contact us directly through the "Contact Us" page to inquire about quantities and discounts.
