Return and Exchange Policy

Return and exchange is a guaranteed right for all our customers, and it includes all products displayed in our store.

All products displayed in our store are subject to the return and exchange policy according to the terms and conditions set forth on this page.

Returns or exchanges are possible if the product is in its original condition as purchased and wrapped in its original packaging.

Returns are allowed within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Please contact us via the "Contact Us" page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

Please take a photo of the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number so it can be replaced with another product if the product is damaged, has a specific defect, or does not function as agreed upon.

The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website's product page.

We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of products by the customer that were not mentioned on the product page of our website.

A deduction of 30% (30%) or a value of no less than 25 Dirhams will be applied if the customer does not want the product and it has no defects or any mentioned problems.
